LightXtreme VPN Privacy and Data Notice
LightXtreme VPN collects certain information while you visit the website, use the client or hold a plan, and this page explains each item, the job it does and the way you stay in charge of it. The approach is intentionally light: nothing beyond what a VPN needs, nothing resold, and every change published here.
1. Information handled
Your account and subscription
Signing up or subscribing has us note your email, the order and payment trail, the number of devices and the plan expiry, which together identify your account, open the service and support you properly.
Connection entries
Brief connection logs are written by the client, covering node ID, connection time and error codes, so that connections hold and faults can be diagnosed. They never include browsing content, passwords or history, and are not used to work out what you view.
Traffic statistics from the site
Browsing the site delivers technical details such as browser, device model, language, referrer and visit time, used to measure traffic and improve the pages; a third-party script may set a cookie that you can clear or disable whenever you want.
2. Its purpose
There are only a few uses for this information: activating and maintaining your subscription, running encrypted connections and protecting connection quality, handling refunds and support, preventing misuse and fraud, and improving the product and the website.
Your personal data is never sold and never used for advertising profiles or marketing lists, save where the law insists, where you clearly agree, or where a payment you initiated cannot complete without it.
3. External parties
Payment providers including Alipay, WeChat Pay, UnionPay, credit cards, PayPal, Google Play and Stripe handle the details you submit under their own privacy rules; the client reaches servers we run, your traffic moves through an encrypted tunnel, and the operators of those nodes never see the pages you open.
Encryption during transit
Everything moving across the network is protected with Shadowsocks, Vless and WireGuard encryption and algorithms such as AES-256-GCM, while account steps between the website and the client travel over HTTPS.
4. Storage time and your decisions
Account and subscription records live for the period of the service and a limited window afterwards for support and compliance, connection logs are removed shortly after they help with a fault, and you may ask the service email to export, correct or delete your personal information, which is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period once the account is closed.
Under-age users
This service is meant for adults; if you have not reached the legal age of majority where you are, please read this policy together with a guardian and use the service only with their agreement.

This policy may be revised as the product develops, with each new version published on this website, and continued use of LightXtreme VPN means you accept the current wording.
